Our process
A diagnostic framework built for Houston properties
Every rodent job starts with an inspection that maps where activity is moving through the building, from the foundation line up to the attic ridge. The work that follows is planned around those findings, not around a standard spray.
Four steps
How each rodent job moves from inspection to verification
01
Comprehensive inspection
We walk the foundation, exterior walls, roof line, and attic to identify entry points and the corridors rodents use between them. Findings are recorded so the next steps rest on evidence.
02
Customized trapping
Trap placement follows the structural layout we found. Devices go where activity is confirmed, such as along walls, near utility penetrations, and in attic runs, rather than in general areas.
03
Mechanical exclusion
Gaps around pipes, vents, eaves, and foundation edges are sealed with physical materials. Closing these openings is what keeps new animals from re-entering the structure.
04
Verification
After the work, we re-check the property for remaining activity and confirm that sealed points hold. Ongoing monitoring is offered where the property needs it.
Our approach
Lasting control comes from closing gaps, not from repeated surface treatments
Recurring surface treatments address symptoms. Physical exclusion addresses the openings that let rodents in, which is why our process ends with sealing and verification. To talk through a rodent concern at your Houston property, contact our team.
