Scope of work

Rat and mice removal for homes and businesses

Our rodent removal work covers rat control and mice control in residential homes and commercial structures. Each job begins with an inspection to identify activity and likely travel routes.

Attic and entry points

Attic rodent problems and entry-point sealing

Attic rodent problems often involve nesting, disrupted insulation, and travel routes along roof lines and wall voids. We inspect these areas and identify entry points, then address confirmed openings with exclusion sealing.

Residential and commercial

Residential and commercial rodent control

Residential rodent control focuses on homes, garages, and crawl or attic spaces. Commercial rodent control addresses building perimeters, utility penetrations, and areas where rodent activity can affect operations.

Exclusion and prevention

Sealing methods used for lasting prevention

Prevention work relies on physical barriers at confirmed openings. Depending on the site, we may use hardware mesh, sealant, and barrier materials at weep holes, plumbing penetrations, roofline vents, and utility gaps.

Hardware mesh barriers

Metal mesh is used where a confirmed opening needs a durable physical barrier, such as vents or gaps that require ventilation.

Sealant at small gaps

Sealant is applied to small cracks and penetrations around plumbing, wiring, and exterior trim where a confirmed gap allows entry.

Weep hole and vent review

Weep holes, roofline vents, and plumbing penetrations are checked during inspection so that confirmed openings can be addressed with suitable materials.
