Crawl Space Inspection
We inspect all foundation vents, pipe penetrations, beam pockets, and access hatches. Norway rat burrow entrances near the foundation perimeter are mapped and photographed.
Vent Sealing & Exclusion
We install stainless steel mesh screens over all crawl space vents, seal pipe penetrations with metal flashing, and install door sweeps on access hatches.
Moisture & Decontamination
Contaminated vapor barrier is removed and replaced. All surfaces are treated with enzyme deodorizer to eliminate scent trails. New vapor barrier is installed to deter re-entry.
